Tanz – BRIDGE International LTD., Coronavirus TIPS to our Community
Coronaviruses exist, and we want you to be careful!
Your well-being and health are our top priorities for us. Protecting yourself from the coronavirus is a very important thing. Therefore, we suggest ways to protect yourself from coronavirus infections including hand washing, carrying hand sanitizers, avoiding touching your face and making sure you stay away from people in the crowd. This includes refraining from hugging and holding hands.
Advice from the World Health Organization, WHO.
Wash your hands often.
Wash your hands often with soap and clean running water or use a hand sanitizer.
Reason: Viruses that may be on your hands will die if you wash your hands with soap and running water or if you use hand sanitizers to rub your hands.
Avoid close association with people.
Make sure you sit or stand at a distance of at least 1 meter (i.e., 3 feet) from where anyone coughs or sneezes.
Reason: When a person coughs or sneezes, he or she is passing fluid through the mouth or nose. If this person has a corona virus, then these fluids will also be infected. Now if you stay close to this type of person, these corona-containing fluids will enter your body through the nose or mouth, infecting you.
Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth.
Reason: As we know, hands often touch many parts of the body, and if those parts are infected with the corona virus, then the hands will carry the virus. Once these hands are infected then they can transmit the corona virus to your eyes, mouth or nose. From there, the coronavirus can enter your body and cause you to become infected with the coronavirus.
Remember, corona viruses can live even on hard surfaces such as desks, computers and even phones; phones that we often touch with our hands.
Learn to use clean and safe breathing techniques.
Make sure you and your neighbors follow the clean and safe methods of ventilation. This means that, if you are sneezing or coughing, then make sure you cover your mouth or nose with a light tissue paper or fold your hand and then cough or sneeze on your elbow. If you use tissue, then the used tissue should be thrown to a specific area immediately.
Reason: Drops or fluids caused by coughing or sneezing often transmit the virus. When you use safe ventilation, you will be protecting your loved ones from viruses such as those that cause colds, flu and coronavirus, namely COVID-19.
If you have a fever, cough, or difficulty breathing, then see a health professional immediately.
If you are not feeling well then stay home. If you have a fever, cough, or difficulty breathing, then see a health professional immediately. Follow the instructions of the health professionals present in your area.
Reason: Health professionals, at the national or local level will have the latest information on the status of the corona virus in your area or city. If you will be able to call them before you go, it will help them quickly guide you to the right place to go due to your problem. This will also help you personally and will also help prevent the spread of viruses and other infections.
Make sure you follow up on the information and follow the advice given by health professionals and the government.
