The strength of Tanz – BRIDGE International Ltd management team stems from the combined expertise in both management and technical areas. Tanz – BRIDGE International Ltd recognizes that additional staff is required to properly support marketing, sales, research, and support functions. Additional employees may be required in the areas of senior level management, Web development, marketing, sales, human resources/recruiting, administration, customer support and other critical operational positions.

Tanz – BRIDGE International Ltd will hire current college students and permanent employees to fill positions in the areas of marketing, local advertising sales, administration customer support and other critical operational positions. These positions will be full-time, part-time and intern positions depending on the local market. At this time, we are seeking individuals for a Board of Directors. These individuals will include highly qualified business and industry professionals/experts along with members of the investment team. These individuals will assist our management team in making appropriate decisions, forming strategic alliances and taking the most effective actions for Tanz – BRIDGE International Ltd to become an industry leader.

Our Team

Ernest T. Magawa, Managing Director and Co-Founder

As the Managing Director and Co-founder Mr. Magawa oversees all strategic and operational functions of the company, including marketing strategies. He provides leadership that will help position the company near the forefront of the industry, and has developed a strategic plan to advance the company’s missions and objectives, as well as ways to promote revenue, profitability and growth as an organization. He promises to oversee the company’s operations in a way that will insure efficient services, quality, and cost-effective management of resources.

Martin J. Kidenya, Director and Co-Founder

As a Director and Co-founder Mr. Kidenya act as liaison to the Managing Director, Executive Team and Department Directors for issues, daily communication, planning, and information requiring the Managing Director’s attention and attendance. Maintain awareness and understanding of past, current and potential division issues and affairs including budget, business plan, capital projects, policies and politics. Anticipate emerging issues, discern potential impacts, and provide Managing Director with awareness, information and independent analysis in a timely manner. Ensure that all strategic or policy issues are addressed in a timely fashion by coordinating the development and provision of information on those issues to and from the Managing Director.

Wilbert Mahenge, Research Coordinator

With his vast research experience, Mr. Mahenge coordinates day-to-day activities of research protocols and assist project managers and analysts with aspects of project logistics and administration. He is actively involved in data collection efforts, including in-depth interviewing and secondary research. As Tanz – BRIDGE International Ltd team member Mr. Mahenge key responsibilities include manipulation of large datasets, analysis of survey data, report writing and data presentation, and other market research and evaluation tasks as needed. He assist with various marketing and administrative tasks as deemed necessary.
